What age is Jules suitable for?

Jules is designed for children aged 3 to 10, with content thoughtfully tailored to different developmental stages. Our experiences are developed in collaboration with teachers and trained on the primary school curriculum, ensuring that every story, game, and learning adventure supports age-appropriate learning in a fun and engaging way

How do I receive my Jules shipment?

You’ll receive an email notification when your Jules ships. We currently deliver to France and the UK, with more countries coming soon. Need to update your shipping address? You can change it up to 4 weeks before delivery by contacting our team.

Can I personalise Jules for my child?

Yes, through the parent app, you can customise Jules based on your child’s name, age, language, interests, and more.

What happens after the 50 hours of usage?

You can add more credit at a low price. We’re defining it at the moment, but the indicative price is <£1 per hour.

How do I charge Jules?

Jules uses a USB-C charging cable. Plug it into any standard USB power adapter or port, one full charge powers hours of storytelling and play.

Is Jules safe for my child?

Yes. Jules is designed to be safe for children, with strong parental controls, filtered language, no data collection without consent, and AI that supports learning, not replaces real relationships.

Does Jules need Wi-Fi?

Yes. Jules needs a Wi-Fi connection to work, since all stories and voice interactions are powered securely in the cloud. This is what makes the stories interactive, personalised, and constantly updated. Jules won’t function without Wi-Fi, but the connection is safe, private, and only used to deliver content, never for advertising or selling data.

What kind of accessories can I customise Jules with?

We’ll be releasing accessories soon, and you’ll be the first to know.

What pen can I use to draw on Jules?

Jules is designed to be customised with whiteboard markers. We’ll share more details and recommendations soon.

What happens if my child asks for inappropriate content, or wants to be ‘friends’ with Jules?

Jules is designed with safety at its core. If a child asks for something inappropriate, Jules will gently redirect or refuse. And while Jules can be fun and engaging, it is never positioned as a ‘friend’, parents stay in control, and Jules is always presented as a learning device and a machine. Instead it explains to kid what AI is and what it is not (a human).

Will the Jules I receive look exactly like this?

We’re optimising Jules for mass manufacturing, so there may be small adjustments. But the overall design, look, and feel will remain the same as what you see here.
