What age is Jules suitable for? Plus

Jules is designed for children aged 3 to 10, with content thoughtfully tailored to different developmental stages. Our experiences are developed in collaboration with teachers and trained on the primary school curriculum, ensuring that every story, game, and learning adventure supports age-appropriate learning in a fun and engaging way
How do I receive my Jules shipment? Plus

You’ll receive an email notification when your Jules ships. We currently deliver to France and the UK, with more countries coming soon. Need to update your shipping address? You can change it up to 4 weeks before delivery by contacting our team.
Can I personalise Jules for my child? Plus

Yes, through the parent app, you can customise Jules based on your child’s name, age, language, interests, and more.
What happens after the 12-month subscription ends? Plus

After the first 12 months, continued access to new stories, games, and updates will cost £4/month or £48/year. We’ll always give you advance notice before any changes - no surprise charges.
How many hours of play do I get each month? Plus

Each subscription includes at least 10 hours of interactive voice play per month, featuring stories, games, and learning adventures. As we continue to optimise our technology and usage patterns, we’re expecting this number to increase over time. If your little one can’t get enough, you’ll also have the option to purchase additional credits to extend playtime whenever you like
How do I charge Jules? Plus

Jules uses a USB-C charging cable. Plug it into any standard USB power adapter or port, one full charge powers hours of storytelling and play.
Is Jules safe for my child? Plus

Yes. Jules is designed to be safe for children, with strong parental controls, filtered language, no data collection without consent, and AI that supports learning, not replaces real relationships.
Does Jules need Wi-Fi? Plus

Yes, Jules needs a Wi-Fi connection to access content and respond to voice interactions. Once content is downloaded, some features can be used offline.
